Group Therapy

Group therapy offers a space of shared recognition, where participants can witness and be witnessed without carrying their experiences alone. Each group runs for 8–10 weeks and includes two EMDR processing sessions. Participants are invited to share at their own pace during weekly meetings; however, individual processing remains private and is not disclosed to the group.

We integrate EMDR processing in a way that allows individuals to work through experiences without sharing specific details. This trauma-informed approach supports the processing of material that may be beyond words while preserving personal boundaries. Together, the group fosters collective strength through shared stabilization, emotional regulation, and connection.
